ALOHA, an acronym for Abacus Learning Of Higher Arithmetic, is the pioneer for mental arithmetic, founded in Malaysia in 1993. Growing internationally with over 4000 locations, ALOHA was established in the United States as ALOHA Mind Math in 2006. With presence in 18 states through 110 plus locations, we are serving thousands of children across the country.
ALOHA mind math
Mind math uses the abacus, an ancient tool used by south asians more than 2000 years ago to perform high speed calculation. Focusing on whole brain development, the mind math program is offered for children ages 5-12 years. The visualization techniques of the mind math program has proven to greatly enhance the child’s attention, focus, memory span thus resulting in efficiency in learning and analytical skills.
To cater to a growing demand for a quality language arts program, ALOHA’s Reading | writing program was developed and introduced in 2012.
