  1. How do I learn more about the franchise opportunity?

  2. What should I know about the process of setting up a franchise?

    At the federal level, franchises are regulated by the FTC. To start a franchise you have to comply with certain laws and regulations at the federal and state levels. In certain states, the franchise companies have to register and receive approval from the state to set up franchises.

     You will receive the FTC Disclosure Document(Federal Trade Commission Disclosure Document) at your first face-to-face meeting about setting up the franchise. The FTC Disclosure Document provides information about the franchise and includes various disclosure terms that form a part of the agreement.

     

  3. What are the qualifications required for an ALOHA USA franchise?

    The primary qualification that we look for in a prospect is the drive and motivation to succeed. We provide ongoing support but you should have the willingness and ability to apply these support processes at your center.

    In addition you must have the ability to start up the franchise initially with a minimal fund in the first few months of operation. This is a great advantage for prospects  as ALOHA has a relatively low start-up cost for setting up a franchise initially.

  4. What type of training do you provide?

    A comprehensive 10-day training session is held at our Corporate Office in Edison, NJ.

     

  5. What type of support do you provide?

    On sign-up we will provide you with a start-up kit to kick start operations. In addition, we continue to provide the franchisees with the required sales and marketing support required for the growth of the business.

  6. Can I visit your Corporate Office?

    Yes, you can. We can schedule a time for you.

  7. How long does it take for a franchise to start operating?

    Once you have signed the Franchise Agreement you can get your franchise to begin operations in less than 30 days. This also includes the time for you to complete the training program.

  8. How much money can I earn?

    We cannot make specific earning claims. Instead you can on your side set up a pro format that includes the different programs introduced in your center.

  9. Will I need to rent an office?

    Yes, you need to rent an office measuring around 800 to 1200 sq ft.

  10. How large is a franchise territory and will I have an exclusive area?

    Our franchise territory population is about 100,000. We will be discussing with you on this according to the capacity of your territory and provide an evaluation for the same.

  11. Can I be an absentee owner?

    No, you cannot be an absentee owner. You need to be an active owner.
